HIV TESTING
We have trained workers that can test you for HIV/AIDS. They will talk with you before you take your test and after you take your test to be sure that all your questions are answered. The test is private and free. |

FOOD PANTRY
People living with HIV/AIDS can pick up food or, in special cases, have it delivered to them.

MANNA AT THE SHORE
Homemade meals, soups and baked goods made by Congregation Beth Israel in Northfield. They are part of our food pantry program. |

PREVENTION
Trained workers reach out and teach HIV+ and HIV- people how to be safe from HIV and how to stop the spread of HIV.. |

INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT
At our drop-in center, Oasis, people who have trouble keeping their doctor and treatment meetings are given coaching and help to make sure they are getting the best care that they can. |

PRISON DISCHARGE PLANNING
Inmates in South Woods State Prison, Bayside State Prison and Southern State Correctional Facility are given help to prepare for life with HIV outside of prison. |
